Globe-Trotter Sebastian

As a sort of presentation, in our first English class, we had to introduce ourselves to someone in the classroom and interview each other.  That's the way I encountered Sebastian and got to know a bit more about his goals, his achievements abilities and interests.

What's interesting about Sebastian is he's been visiting the four continents, all over the world.  He visited Japan, China, Germany, Mexico and many other countries, which makes him a person with an accurate vision of the world and its different cultures.  He knows and understands things in a particular way, according to all the things he's learned from his travelling.  This baggage of knowledge is to him a very precious thing to have considering his high interest for politics, law, economy, diplomacy and geography.  Actually, he wants to become a lawyer.  His next traveling goal is St-Petersburg, in Russia, which I find out is pretty cool.  I think this guy is so lucky to have all these traveling occasions at his hands.  He told me that since he worked for Holiday’s In Hotels, he had discounts on plane tickets and hotel rooms. I envy him so much!!!  I wish I could have this chance too!

Sebastian is also very good at sports:  he apparently is a great runner and swimmer.  Maybe since I’m pretty bad at those, I find this out to be very impressive. He actually succeeded the tests for becoming a Life-Guard, which he is very proud of (the tests are very hard), and he participated to an important marathon in Quebec.

Anyways, I found out this guy was really interesting to talk to.  This activity permitted me to encounter someone cool, which I am happy of!

**Und ich bin nicht mehr allein in meinem Deutsch Klasse!
